About the Training

Learn six foundational wellness skills that support regulation, resilience, and emotional balance, while gaining a clearer understanding of how stress impacts the brain and nervous system.

Participants will:

  • Acquire practical, shareable tools that can be used immediately with youth—no clinical background required
  • Reduce burnout and strengthen the ability to stay grounded during challenging situations
  • Develop a common language and consistent practices across sectors to support community well-being
  • Learn how to model, teach, and reinforce regulation and resilience

Communities that share regulation skills build stronger relationships, improve engagement, and create safer environments where youth can learn, grow, and thrive.

Hosted By

This training is made possible through a Resilient Georgia grant and a Long-Term Recovery grant from the American Red Cross.
